If you’re buffering, it’s on your end. You will probably need to reboot your router for 5 minutes (by unplugging the power cord) and do a speed test to see what you’re getting. If the router is further away, ensure you’re on 2.4, not 5g. It is recommended that you use your own router. If the speed test is good and you did the steps above, either you are on a data cap, or your provider is throttling your speed, and you may need a VPN.

1. How to Clear Cache
a. Once you are at the home screen of the Firestick. Go to the right and select settings.
b. Scroll down and select “Applications.”
c. Then scroll all the way down to “Manage Installed Applications.”
d. Then, all the list of your applications that are installed on the Firestick will appear. Scroll until you see the following “2StreamTV” and select an application.
e. Then scroll and select “Clear cache” (do not clear data; otherwise, it will delete everything saved in the app, and you will have to retype in your username/password and reset your favorites)

2. Delete Apps on the Firestick (You will want to free up as much space on the Firestick. You want at least to have 1GB available for space)
a. Go to settings
b. Then go to applications
c. Scroll to manage install applications
d. Go through each application and delete the ones that you don’t use until you have at least 1GB available.

3. Clear Files from the Downloader
a. Open downloader
b. Go to the files section
c. Click on the app you want to delete
d. Click right on your remote
e. Hold down the button in the middle of the remote
f. It will ask you if you want to delete
g. Click on delete
h. Repeat this process. You need to delete every app file that is in the files section

4. Block International Channels
a. Go to settings in the 2StreamTV app
b. Go to parental controls
c. Lock all channels that you do not watch.

5. Restart the firestick
a. Press the “home” button on the Firestick
b. Once you are at the home screen of the Firestick. Go to the right and select settings.
c. Then scroll down to ‘My Fire TV or Devices & Software”
d. Then scroll and select “Restart,” and your Firestick will reboot.

Open 2StreamTV and update Live Movies and series. This should help a lot.

VOD Movies & Series Not Working
1. Go to the settings of the 2StreamTV app
2. Go to “Player Selection”
3. Change the Movies & Series Media Player to Built-in Player (hardware/Software Decoder)
4. After making this change, you might need to go to the Firestick settings to clear the cache and restart the Firestick. This is Step 1 & 5 of troubleshooting steps.

Audio Not Matching with Video
1. Go to the settings of the 2StreamTV app
2. Go to “Stream Format”
3. Select “HLS (.m3u8)”

Invalid URL or Expired Error
1. When attempting to log in and you receive an error "Invalid URL or Expired," you entered your username or password incorrectly.
2. Sometimes, in the username, it auto spaces. So, before you enter your username, press delete a couple of times, then enter your username.
3. If you have multiple users on your app. Delete all the users and add just one user. You cannot have multiple logins for the same service on the app; it will only cause a conflict.
4. If your app automatically signs you out and gives you this error. Delete the user and re-add your info again, and you will log in.

Change your router’s DNS to Cloudflare DNS servers (helps with buffering):
Primary: 1.1.1.1
Secondary: 1.0.0.1
Router: https://developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1.1/setup/router/

Weekly recommended MAINTENANCE:
1. On your device (phone, stick, box) go to settings>apps. Select your app, Force stop, then Clear Cache (do NOT Clear Data). Then, turn off your device.
2. Unplug your router.
3. Unplug your modem. WAIT 1-5 MINUTES.
4. Plug in your modem. Let it complete the startup process (all the lights go solid).
5. Plug in your router. Let it complete the start-up process.
6. Power on your device(s). Let it complete the start-up process.
7. Open your IPTV app. FOLLOW THOSE STEPS EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT HAVING ANY ISSUES.
