VOD Request / Fix

Request Submission Guidelines

Please use the form below to submit all VOD requests and fixes. Forms that are incomplete, incorrect, or not submitted according to the guidelines will not be processed. All requests are submitted exactly as provided.


Fulfillment Policy

  • Not all requests will be fulfilled.
  • If your request does not appear in the panel by Monday afternoon, it was not added.
  • VOD requests are processed Monday through Thursday and, if available, fulfilled by the following Monday.
  • Status updates will not be provided before that timeframe.

Content Restrictions

  • CAM recordings are not accepted; only digital releases will be added.
  • You must include a valid TMDB link (https://tmdb.org) for all requests to ensure accurate information and posters.
  • IMDb links are not accepted.
  • Requests without a complete TMDB link will be deleted.

Before Submitting

  • Confirm that the content is not already available.
  • Verify that the digital release date has passed before submitting a request.
  • For new episodes, wait at least 72 hours after the air date (excluding weekends and holidays) before submitting.

Submitting requests too early or for content already available may result in submission restrictions.


Form Accuracy & Single-Submission Rule

  • You must list exact seasons and exact episode numbers that are missing.
    • Correct example: Season 2 – Episodes 1, 2, 3, 5–10 missing
    • Incorrect example: Season 2 Episodes 1–20 missing when Episodes 4 and 16 are already available
  • Only one submission per content title is allowed.
    • Duplicate submissions for the same show or movie will be deleted.
    • You may submit additional forms for different titles.
  • Forms are submitted to the supplier exactly as you enter them.
    • If the form is incorrect and the supplier deletes it, that was your one opportunity for that title.
    • The supplier does not notify us when requests are rejected or deleted.

Request Limitations & Abuse Policy

  • Submitting excessive requests, repeatedly ignoring instructions, or submitting duplicate/incorrect forms may result in:
    • Restrictions or removal of your ability to submit future VOD requests.
    • Your name being added to an internal list where your submissions will not be processed.
  • The supplier is not obligated to honor any requests and may stop accepting them at any time.

Please follow all guidelines to ensure your request has the best chance of being fulfilled.
