Device Preparation

  • Go to Settings > Apps > 2StreamTV
  • Tap Force Stop, then Clear Cache (Do NOT Clear Data)
  • Power off the device

Network Reset

  • Unplug modem and router
  • Wait 1–5 minutes
  • Plug in modem, then router
  • Power on device and reopen IPTV app

Speed Test

  • Open the 2StreamTV app > Settings > Speed Test
  • Ideal ping: Under 40ms

Optimize Network

  • Use 5GHz Wi-Fi if close to the router
  • Use 2.4GHz if farther away
  • Keep the device near the router
  • Disconnect unused devices
  • Use Ethernet for best stability

VPN Use

If your ISP is throttling or you have a data cap, a VPN may help. Request a free 2-day trial.

Restart Firestick

  • Settings > My Fire TV > Restart

Clear Cache

  • Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications
  • Select 2StreamTV > Clear Cache (Do NOT Clear Data)

Free Up Storage

  • Remove unused apps until at least 1GB is free

Delete Files from Downloader

  • Open Downloader > Files > Long-press a file > Delete

VOD Not Working

  • Go to Settings > Player Selection
  • Switch to Built-in Player (Hardware or Software Decoder)
  • Clear cache and restart your device

Audio Not Syncing

  • Go to Settings > Stream Format > Select HLS (.m3u8)

Invalid URL or Expired Error

  • Check for extra spaces in username/password
  • Delete all users and log in with only one
  • If you've recently installed a new router, disable advanced security/firewall
  • If ISP blocks service, try a VPN (free 2-day trial available)
  • Connect to U.S. server using VPN (UDP protocol)
  • Enable Mobile Hotspot on PC
  • Share VPN connection through hotspot
  • Connect ONN box to PC Wi-Fi
  • Finish setup, then return to normal Wi-Fi
  • Open Downloader app
  • Enter code: 167088
  • Install and open VPN
  • Connect to U.S. server using UDP
  • T-Mobile: http://192.168.1.1 > Security > Disable Firewall
  • CenturyLink: http://192.168.0.1 > Advanced Setup > Cyber Security > Disable
  • Xfinity: Open app > Security > Disable Advanced Security
  • AT&T: Use Smart Home Manager or disable DNS Error Assist on att.com
  • Netgear: Use Nighthawk/Orbi App > Turn off Netgear Armor
  • Spectrum: Login to account > Security Shield > Disable
