  1. Go to Settings > Apps

  2. Select the 2StreamTV app

  3. Tap Force Stop, then Clear Cache (โš ๏ธ Do NOT Clear Data)

  4. Power off the device

๐ŸŒ Network Reset

  1. Unplug modem and router

  2. Wait 1โ€“5 minutes

  3. Plug in the modem and let it fully start

  4. Plug in the router and wait for full connection

  5. Power on your device(s)

  6. Open the IPTV app

Step 1: Speed Test

  • Open the 2StreamTV app

  • Go to Settings > Speed Test

  • Ideal ping: Under 40ms

Step 2: Optimize Your Network

  • Use 5GHz Wi-Fi if close to router

  • Use 2.4GHz if youโ€™re farther away

  • Keep device near router

  • Disconnect unused devices

  • Use Ethernet for best stability

Step 3: Use a VPN (If Needed)

  • If youโ€™re being throttled or on a data cap, a VPN may improve performance

๐Ÿ”„ Restart Firestick

  1. Press the Home button

  2. Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Restart

  • Remove unused apps until you have at least 1GB available

  1. Open Downloader > Files

  2. Hold the middle button on an unused file

  3. Select Delete

  1. Open the 2StreamTV app

  2. Go to Settings > Parental Controls

  3. Lock channels you donโ€™t watch

๐ŸŽฌ Video & Audio Issues

VOD Not Working?

  • Go to 2StreamTV > Settings > Player Selection

  • Change to Built-in Player (Hardware/Software Decoder)

  • Clear cache and restart your device

Audio Not Syncing?

  • Go to 2StreamTV > Settings > Stream Format

  • Select HLS (.m3u8)

Invalid URL / Expired Error?

  • Check your username/password

  • Delete any extra spaces before/after username

  • Remove all users, and log in with only one active account

  • If you get logged out, delete the user and re-enter your info

  • If you've recently installed a new router, it may have built-in security features that block access to our service.
    To resolve this, disable the routerโ€™s security settings (such as firewall or advanced security), and you should be able to log in without issues.

  • If you've completed all troubleshooting steps and the service still isn't working, it's likely that your internet provider is blocking access to our service. In this case, using a VPN is typically the solution. We offer a free 2-day VPN trial so you can verify if this resolves the issue.

Requirements: Windows PC + VPN (e.g. NordVPN, Surfshark)

Steps:

  1. Connect to a U.S. server using UDP protocol

  2. Enable Mobile Hotspot on your PC

  3. Share your VPN connection through the hotspot

  4. Connect your ONN box to the PCโ€™s Wi-Fi

  5. Complete setup, then switch back to normal Wi-Fi
